1. DroughtWatch

For my undergraduate final year project, I sucessfully implimented droughtwatch; A Deep CNN-Prophet based Drought Early Warning System using Dam Images and Climate Data.

The system implimented the machine learning techniques Image classification and Forecasting to forecast Drought conditions focused on the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

5. Sentiment Analysis

This project utilizes NLP techniques for sentiment analysis on an Amazon Alexa reviews dataset.
Visualizations like bar plots and word clouds reveal sentiment trends and common themes in reviews; positive
or not. Random Forest and Decision Tree classifiers for sentiment analysis are implemented. These models are
trained on preprocessed data, and evaluated on training and testing sets, and their performance is visualized
with confusion matrices. Cross-validation and Grid Search optimize model parameters, ensuring robust
performance.

The droughtwatch system was deployed as hybrid mobile app; can be used in both android and ios devices, as well as a website. Developed as a flusk application.

2. In-store shopping website

April- July 2022
JavaScript, PHP, Firebase, HTML, CSS

A system that allows users to shop in stores by scanning product QR codes. Further information on this project can be provided upon request for full documentation.

This was inspired by applications like Scan and Go, Inkonyo and Moltin with an aim of making shopping process different.
